Mr. Mundinger brings over 38 years of investment management experience to serving clients in their planning and investing needs. He is currently principal & portfolio manager at RMH Investment Management. RMH invests with a “total return” strategy to smooth out portfolio volatility and enhance returns, through fixed income, equities and alternative investments.

Before he moved to the United States, he held positions in institutional equity and derivatives for several investment firms in Canada. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

Born, raised, and educated in Tucson, Jan Lesher previously served on the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona’s Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2019, the last two years as Board Chair.  In that time, Lesher led the development of several key CFSA initiatives, including the Pima Alliance for Animal Welfare and the Community Foundation Campus.

Lesher’s professional experience and public service record is extensive. She joined Pima County in the spring of 2010 and has served as Chief Deputy County Administrator since 2017. Lesher returned to her hometown in 2010 after serving as Chief of Staff for former Arizona Governor and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano since January 2003.

Prior to her time in public service, Lesher served as Vice-President of Communications and Marketing for the Tucson Economic Development Corporation, Executive Director of the Tucson Community Cable Corporation, and Vice-President of Warner-Amex Cable.  She founded Lesher Communications in 1990, handling corporate, public and government relations for various entities for a dozen years.

Lesher has an impressive history of community involvement, including service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Commerce and Economic Development Commission; Arizona Town Hall; the Greater Arizona Development Authority; the Community Food Bank; and La Frontera.  She was named a Woman of Influence by Inside Tucson Business and recognized with the Women Who Lead award from the University of Arizona Women’s Studies Advisory Council in 2004.  She was honored as the Metropolitan Tucson Chamber of Commerce Woman of the Year in 2005.  In 2008, she was the Arizona Capitol Times Leader of the Year in Public Policy and received the YWCA Business Leadership Award.

Anne Roediger is a founding partner at Roediger Hoff PLC, a certified public accounting firm based in Tucson. A fourth-generation Tucsonan, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Arizona. As a member of the Tax Practice Committee of the Arizona Board of Accountancy, Anne keeps abreast of the accounting profession’s high ethical standards and challenges by continually updating her skills with professional education in taxation, accounting standards, and strategic planning. She is also an active member of the Southern Arizona Estate Planning Council, the Tucson Tax Study Group, the Arizona Society of CPAs, and the American Institute of CPAs. She has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and has helped many organizations obtain their tax-exempt status with the IRS. In her spare time, Anne enjoys flying airplanes and studying foreign languages.
