Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO and Board of Trustees. This individual must be creative and enjoy working on a collegial team that is purpose-focused, results-driven, and solutions-oriented. As the Executive Assistant, this individual will work closely with the President & CEO to ensure an inclusive workplace, promoting our purpose and shared values. This position manages a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. They serve as a liaison to the President & CEO and Board of Trustees, manage schedules, prepare information, analyze data, and represent the President & CEO to the community.

The hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $59,000 based on qualifications and experience.

Human Resources and Officer Manager

The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona is looking for a Human Resources and Officer Manager to join our Operations Team. The primary responsibilities of the Human Resources and Officer Manager are to manage all the general functions of the CFSA office and serve as the human resources liaison in conjunction with CFSA’s Chief Operating Officer and our outsourced HR company, FOCUS HR. Critical to this position is an understanding and recognition that our CFSA team is our most important asset, and the individual in this role will help ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our shared purpose.
