Office Space

We have a number of unique work spaces designed to help nonprofits fulfill their mission.

Need a place to work?

The CF Campus opened in January of 2019 as a shared space for community advancement in central Tucson, Arizona. Our nonprofit campus spans more than 24,000 square feet across three buildings with a central courtyard. The CF Campus includes open and enclosed offices for lease to nonprofits, shared amenities, meeting spaces, and open “hoteling” space for drop-in or day work.

Everyone on Campus is so welcoming and interested in getting involved in our organization. It’s refreshing to be somewhere where other nonprofits are not only focused on their missions but interested in learning and supporting other missions as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the application process work?

If you are interested in space please contact Georgia Schwartz, Campus Manager, at info@campus.org to arrange a tour of the Campus. On the tour we will show you the spaces that will best fit your needs. From there you can submit a tenant application that includes organizational information, financial records, and diversity statements. If you are approved, we can begin the license/lease agreement negotiations. When you sign an agreement, you will then get your office and mail keys. Then you move in to your new home and attend a Campus orientation.

What else do tenants pay for?

The co-working model is designed to help tenants save on costs. All of our tenants get free wifi, water, trash, kitchen access and cleaning services; as well as allotted hours to the conference rooms. The Suite tenant’s rental amount is all inclusive except for your phone bill, electric bill and additional tenant improvements.

What additional benefits do tenants get?

Our tenants have exclusive access to nonprofit programming that we host here on Campus. We bring in consultants, training groups, professional advisors and coaches to help organizations with various challenges and professional development. Tenants are also invited to our Monthly Member Meetup and quarterly social events to network with other nonprofits and connect with professionals in their department.

Can I bring my pets or kids to the office?

CF Campus is pet friendly to friendly pets. We encourage tenants to only bring pets if their coworkers are comfortable sharing the space with an animal. If there are any negative incidents with a pet we will ask that they don’t come to the Campus anymore. We totally understand if you have to bring your kiddo to work here and there. We are a family friendly space, all we ask is that the tenants clean up after any guests they bring in.

Can tenants host their events on Campus?

Of course! We built this space with our tenants at the top of our mind. The conference rooms, courtyard and breakroom are yours to use. Keep in mind that each tenant has allotted hours to the spaces and can pay a reduced member rate if they go above and beyond their conference room allotment.
