Join Patti Caldwell and Paula Van Ness for this 8-session training program which is designed to give a cohort of newer Executive Directors and CEOs (in their role 5 years or less) practical information to help survive as an extraordinary leader of a successful nonprofit organization. The program will consist of eight two-hour sessions, divided into Spring and Fall semesters, including one 1:1 coaching session per participant each semester
This program will utilize the format of facilitated conversations to cover the competencies and key relationships required of nonprofit executives including tips for effective management of your Board and Staff, building and maintaining a culture aligned with your mission and values, healthier management of your time and your life. The sessions will include opportunities to network with your counterparts to create relationships for continued sharing of successes, challenges, and issues that you face.
Location: CF Campus
Co-pay Fee: $200 per semester, per participant.
